Lootering Where?

looting usually occurs when some sort of disaster has occurred and there is no real law to stop dishonest people, there are no police around as all are busy helping in the disaster. another time of looting comes when people have been downtrodden too much and rise up in rebellion, then mob rule cause people to loot that would never have done that by themselves. but a collective mob can be very destructive.take the Watts riots back in Watts, Los Angeles many years back.They ended up looting their own stores in their own part of town. angry mob thinking.
