What do you think is the best govenment?

What do you think is the best type of government? I like Socialism, because everyone is equal like in communism, but have a say in what goes on, like democracy. Socialism is the halfway point betwween democracy and communism, the perfect blend of both forms of government

On paper, I would say Communism, only because for it to work as described every single person who ends up gaining political power is truly altruistic and does not want to hoard or hold all the power, they have complete willingness to pass it onto the next person and do everything in their power while in charge to make sure life is better for the people they govern. But that will likely never happen in our lifetime, and it's why we have never seen a true Communist government, the governments who have tried to do so have at best gotten to the Socialist point, and at worst go with a Dictator like state instead.

Speaking of government, it's merely a facilitator of development. Its entrepreneurs who are wealth generators. Keeping this in mind, according to me democracy is the best form of government and presidential rule like of USA is the best where only the right person gets chance to rule. Not like else, where the prime minister who don't even understand the constitution, rules the country.
