More stability- Google Chrome is less likely to crash while you are using it than Internet Explorer.
More speed- The sites on Google Chrome download far faster than internet explorer.
More Secure- it has a sand boxing technique which prevents site from using pop ups. and keeps unwanted software from installing itself.
More privacy- chrome has an incognito window in which none of your browsing history is stored.
This is why Google Chrome is better than internet explorer.

I hope you have differentiated all browsers rather than this two alone. We all know that IE or internet explorer is always on the losing end

Well I got to say all other explorers are better than internet explorer, you should compare and contrast firefox and chrome, because I've been wondering for a while, if I should switch to chrome. Firefox is really easy to use, and the addons just make it so much more fun to use.

I am a firefox user and so far satisfied with its performance. I know how weak IE is compared to this two browsers. I am waiting for a time that Chrome would be as good as what Firefox is doing. The flexibility and the personalization of FF is what I am impressed with that you can actually customized the browser to your liking.
