Trekpay is a NO PAY...No response for 2 months using their Tech Help Section...

Hi - Just a word to the wise. I joined Trekpay and worked abit every day to get past their minimum payout. Then in Sept 2009 I requested a payout and it's still listed as pending on their site. I have opened a tech help request on their site and I add a note to it about every 2 weeks. No response and No payment. There is nothing wrong on Paypal's end since I get other payments just fine.
On Trekpay's site, there is no other contact method option but the tech support one which is getting me no where. It may only be $5.76 US dollars but I did what I was supposed to and can't get paid. Anyone know where they are based and how I could maybe try calling them??
Any help would be very much appreciated!!

I think you must talk to my friend sunnycool because he have a dispute to with trekpay. Trekpay has been holding his payments for about two months now. I hope for you both to get your payments. Happy earning!

Me too, it's so sad that they aren't getting what they deserve on this site. this will give rise to negative publicity on trek pay. i hope they get paid or people will know that they are not paying to all members

yeah they have been holding my two payments---adding up to $14---they never replied to my tickets and they're such an a$$holes that they never bothered to reply me and they have disabled my payout button toooo

You could be wrong. I have always been paid by Trekpay. And it has never been late in sending my payments.

No, I am not wrong. On the accoung page it still shows as pending from 9/21/09. I have checked with Paypal via phone and no payment received. I only have 1 paypal account so it's still a mystery to me...

I wonder what could have been wrong. I have never encountered that problem. When I push the payout button, it wouldn't take long till my payment is sent to me. Good luck in your follow up with Trekpay. I hope they give the proper action to it.

Hi Tallygirl,
I've been paid a few times from trekpay and haven never had a problem. I was just wondering if you have gone to your account and profile pages on trekpay and made sure your email other info is right and if you have the correct email address where the payout button is?

Hello, well I am so surprised to hear this. I wonder what is going on then. I have always been paid on time. That I know of there is no way to call them. All I can say is maybe try again to get a hold of them. I will search the site for you and see what I can find. I am sorry that this is happening to you. I never had a problem like this yet. But I will try to help you out if it is possible.

Well I went searching the site and I have not been able to find anything on how to get a hold of them. Although I will say that awhile ago I had to send a ticket in to them and of course they answered with a answer from the Q&A Section. So I am not sure what to tell you. Is there any you can cancel the request? Because I know on other sites you can. I have never even tried. But if it is possible then cancel the request and then re-request it if it is possible. I am sorry that I could not come up with anything.

Hmmm. I honestly have no idea.. I have been a member for a couple of months now, and I have had no problems with my payment. I mean, I receive it on time always.. Hmmm. I wish I could help you.. But I really have no idea what you could do, other than just contact the admin about your problem.

I wish there was a better way to contact their admin since the technical support ticket that I opened in October has never received any kind of response and I add a comment to it about every 2 weeks hoping that they will resolve it. They don't have a phone number or address or anything close to that on their site which raises a red flag to me. Time will tell...thanks for your comments!

Welcome to Mylotting! They do have a tech support section on their website but for some reason they don't respond to it. I've tried several times. Many others seem to be getting paid just fine so not sure what happened. They have no address and no phone numbers anywhere on their site. I have tried to find both on the web and have had no luck.

Hello.
I want assure you Trekpay is not a scam site. I got at least 4 payments from them.
Maybe you have to verify your paypal account on trekpay? Due several users are requested to do that BEFORE to request their first payment.
Maybe this is the problem.
Try to check it.

I am seeing many discussions about problems related to Trekpay here. I got paid two weeks ago and I don't think there is a problem with Trekpay. At least, I can say that it is not scam. The earnings will be updated every Thrusday and this morning I found that my earnings are updated and respective credits are taken out from my account. Please contact the customer care of Trekpay. Thank you for the e-mail address suggestion., I did send them a note reviewing the situation and we'll see what happens. Just checked late last night and the payment request is dated 9/21/09 for $5.76 and it still shows as pending. Time will tell! Take care!!

Hmmm..the last time that I get paid was on December 2009...They even give a Christmas gift which was $5.00...Have you tried to cancel your pending payment and request it back...?

Hi - thanks for the suggestion of trying to cancel the pending payment. I checked the site and there is no way to do that. The tech ticket is still open and my payemnt dated 9/2009 is still showing as pending. Strange indeed!! Lucky you for the Christmas Bonus!! Be Well!!

It seems that this site reminds me of ciao before it became a scam or lost money to pay other people. there's always a bad impression on other people regarding sites, and this could get out on to others discouraging people from joining trek pay am sorry you had to experienced this..i won't be surprised if they can't pay any more.

Well so far it seems to be just me that has had this lack of payment issue. Just really wish they had a way to contact them by phone since it likely could be cleared up very quickly if I could either talk to someone on the phone or e-mail chat. Sadly, they don't offer those options. I have put in the tech ticket as they outline on their site and add a note to it about every 2 weeks or so but no response to any of my comments.
As you say, there are sites that start out fine but then end of folding and not paying as they agreed to. Time will tell with Trekpay! Be well!!

Well if you look at the wonderful comments from many other mylotters, it seems my situation is quite unique. You might want to rethink joining them since as far as I know, I am the only one who hasn't been paid...Good Luck whatever you decide!!

i think treakpay is not scam though i have not get paid by them but still i feel its not scam can anybody have the idia of the amount of second payout

Per their site, once you reach $5.50 you can request a payment. They don't have it scaled as other sites do. Then once you request it, there is a 2 week waiting period that they claim was a suggestion they received from Paypal. After that payment should be posted directly to your confirmed Paypal account. trek pay in not a scam... i been paid here two weeks ago... there systems is 1st week they need to freeze your payout it means they are verifying it.. on the 2 week you have to wait for the payment for 7 days.... and after 7 days the payment is automatically deposited into your paypal account.... a total of 3weeks to complete there payment..

This is quite surprising, I have been paid once by Trekpay in the month of October. As usual there was the two week gap, and then when I checked in Paypal, the amount was deposited. Of course in the home page of trekpay, my payment was shown as pending for the next two weeks.

After signing up, I can no longer sign in to the site, it just loops back to the main page and doesn't give an error on the page itself, but my browser says it's certificate is the problem? Any ideas?

hi tallygirl,Even i have the same problem they have been holding my payment for the last four(infact five feb has arrived right) months and they never showed any interest to respond my ticket its quiet evident that they are trying to save their money---i have even tried to make my friends place some tickets regarding this but they never replied---its such a shame on their part.there is no way to contact them apart from pleasing tickets---looks like they have disabled the support tickets for my account so there is no way---that they would come accross our tickets.I'm planning to leave it coz there is no way to work on a site which doesnt pay its members.great day.

I also tried to register to trekpay that they say that I have already created an account which in turn it was my first time joining on the said site. Hope trekpay will be back soon.
