Say no to stress-eating by stocking up on nuts, raisins, or fruits at your desk, and snack on them everty often. sit up straight at all times, Slouching decreases your body's oxygen intake, w/c eventually drains you of energy. Moreover, poor posture makes you develop chronic and neck pains... hi there my lotters.. can you share more career succees tip? thnks for dropping :)

Eating nuts, raisins seems ok by me as they are not junk food. I will add a few tips here. One should get up from the seat occasionally and walk about, take some deep breaths now and then may be 5 at a stretch, keep a healthy distance from the pc, wear photochromatic glasses numbered if possible to suit the distance between the eyes and the pc which are special. Stretch ones legs while at work, etc.

Cool, thanks for the advice, really great tips! Hmmm...I think that one important thing is to take periodic breaks (not long, maybe 5 minutes at max) just to get up and stretch, use the bathroom, or something. Sitting for too long can make you antsy/uncomfortable, and you may become more easily distracted. Take a few minutes to let your mind wander so that when you get back to work, you're 100% on task.
