Waiting For A Package

Why is it when you are really waiting for a package they are always late. Normally our UPS shows up around 10 am, well I have some items sold that I had to order and of course he is late. About 2 hours now. If it was something silly he would be here at 10 like normal. I guess it is just like the old saying "A watched pot never boils."

Ha! I know what you mean. One day the UPS man came and I thought it was something special that I ordered and here all it was was some free calendars that I had requested for my church. I mean it was nice to get but wasn't the package that I was waiting for. Finally got that one 3 days later!!!!

He finally showed up, but of course with only have the order. At least what the customer was waiting on was in the package that I got. The other one must be lost in UPS land.

omg! I sooo know what you mean- at this very momment! I'm taking a couple college course online this semester from my local junior college, because I am planning to move back to California in a couple weeks. I went in to the office about 5 weeks ago to ask how long it will take for my grant/loan money to come in the mail- I was planning to leave right when I recieved them and see my favorite band on the way to California. They told me it'd be 2 weeks at the latest- and I STILL haven't recieved it. The concert I wanted to go to was a week ago now. T-T If I don't recieve it by the end of the week, I'm going back to the office.
