Our friend who migrated years ago in Australia went back home to have a vacation. We had many night outs and fun before he left. One dawn of conversation, he mentioned about his Macbook left by his sister in the plane. We were so much worried about it and asked him follow up questions regarding what happened and he was just smiling. How could he just smile when his Macbook worth thousand of $$$ was left and lost? He then told me that the MAcbook was insured. They already applied an insurance in Australia. I don't get it that much about insurance on your stuffs, is it something that airline companies offered and you'll pay? How does it goes? I was thinking, my friend might be refunded for the total value of the Macbook, but still I can't help to think of how lucky is person who was able to get that lost Macbook! It made me think too, what if my friend would just give his Macbook and say he lost it. lol

Insurance can be a good thing. If something happens to an item (such as a computer) that is not of your control. Then the insurance company will give you the money to replace the device. Though if your friend mentions the macbook was forgotten, then that's a tricky gray area. He may not be rembursed for the product because it could be claimed it was by his own doing. I wish you luck on that though.

Hi! Thank you. So, you are talking that my won't be able to get a refund for his lost Mac? But he told us that he could get a full refund. Well, maybe the insurance he used is the insurance service from the airline company. SO since it was lost or left inside the plane, probably he can get a refund. What do you think?
