How to prepare for job interview?

i am looking for new job but do not wish to let my colleague or superior know about my plan. Finally, a few company had phone me to make appointment for interview.
What sould i speak during the interview and how to impress the interviewer? What sould i wear during that day? I hope to get better salary because i think that my current pay is low.

Hi basically the purpose of an interview is for the interviewer to assess you and know if you can do the job. Of course they would ask you questions about yourself, skills, why you want to leave you job etc so you have to have the answers ready. Check out job search sites like monster.com and they can help you out. You should dress in a way similar to that of the staff of the company. If they dress causally do same but if they are corporate, do same. Wish you the best
