you can check runescape out on the net at www.runescape.com, it is free unless you become a member then it is 5.00 a month.

Very true, and if you are bored with the free game, you can always join and get more levels to complete.

i have never heard of runescape before.... i enjoyed diablo,all versions of diablo(1,hellfire,2+expansion)...it is a verry good game but it is boring after a while.

I personally prefer Runescape due to it's freedom. In Diablo everything is the same while playing the game. It's too short, too many people, and it's all around boring at times.

IMO Runescape is better than Diablo2 LOD. Diablo has it's story line that you can't change and it's gettint boring time to time to kill monsters for exp and items. In Runescape there's no railroading. You can do whatever you want. Kill monsters, other players, rise some skills. For 5$ a month you can access members servers and new abilities. I'm playing RS for 2+ years on freegame servers.
