Paypal Amount Reversed in UpBux

India
February 5, 2010 12:20pm CST
Hi All, I am from India and I reached a Payout in Upbux and when I requested a payout for $5, an amount of $4.91 was credited on 3rd Feb. But suddenly as of today Paypal has reversed the amount to Upbux saying that it will not allow personal payments sent to Accounrs in India. I feel that this is not fair and felt very bad too, nobody would like to see their money get off the drain like that. I just want to know whether Alertpay has the same process or it accepts personal payments to accounts in India?

Hi Srini, Sad to hear that, but I guess this is happening all over, recently started a thread for the same and got similar replies which states that this is true, just wanted to confirm although you got the amount reversed, but did it got credited back to your upbux account or it has totally gone.

Ooh too too bad, I just received the payout from one site today, I can understand how much you have waited to reach $5 amount and now suddenly all your efforts are in vain, Did you contacted UPbux admin for the reversal of payment ?

Yes, but he showed me a clause which stated that all reversal amount will not be refunded, I believe that its the fault of Paypal as they did not intimate properly.

Oh that's so sad to know. this is happening all over. Only indians are facing this problem. its better no one requests cash out until this problem is over. Reversing the money, where does this money go?

wow! this is really not fair and i am sorry about all the people from India who have lost their money. but didn't they(from Paypal) explained somewhere, why did they close all the personal accounts of Indian people, or they just have closed it without any explanation?

If they had sent an message we would have transferred the money to Alertpay, it was not intimated and only when we lose the money we come to know about it, I pity those who might have transferred more than $100 to their paypal account.
