Actually, black tea is generally just as healthy as green, oolong, or white teas. The differences aren't particularly great. Now, if the question was between black tea and red tea I may be inclined to agree, but red tea (rooibos) is from a different plant to begin with, and thus has different overall benefits.

Actually I don't like green tea. I rarely to drink it. It is bitter than black tea I think. BTW what do you mean with "please give me rat i want 500 rats", I don't understand.

Remember that green tea is not brewed using boiling water, but rather water that is just below boiling. If your water boils, set it away from the heat for a few minutes to cool before adding the tea leaves. This should fix the bitter green tea problems.
