My friend just made me laugh the other day. We were talking about this article that I had to research about diets. I must have bored her because she suddenly blurted:
"Humph, if it were me it think that this crisis is enough diet for everyone. I can't afford to overeat because I don't have the funds. So I really haven't gained any weight these past few months."
For me that was really funny because there came a point in my life that I really lost those tough flabs because I was really not eating more than I can afford. I was a student on a scholarship so...
Here's to losing weight then!!! What do you think? Is crisis the new dieting fad?

In our country, fast food is not that cheap. The price of rice has doubled so most people just buy rice and ask for free soup instead of buying vegetables or meat dishes and rice.
Of course some people can still afford regular meals. I was just amazed at how my friend looked at crisis. She's quite witty.

Perhaps you mean obese?
I think a lot of people are quite into eating healthy nowadays. IT really doesn't matter if you're from a third world country or from a fist rate country. It's really just a question of being able to afford the right healthy foods.

No more home cooked meals and forever full refrigerators for you. I missed that too when I went to school
