An survey on bonus granting in Wuhan shows that in order to stop talents from job-hopping, more than 20% companies decide to delay the granting of bonus. Generally speaking, bonus, as a kind of reward from the enterprises, is delayed to be granted in March, or in May at latest. Mr. Mao, a manager in one of the trading companies in Wuhan said that job-hopping of talents is the most difficult problem for many enterprises, since it directly affects the achievement of a company in the next year. In order to stop the trend of quitting, lots of companies have to delay the date of bonus-granting after the Spring Festival.
