subtitle problem

i've encountered this problem not only once but twice... it started when i bought doraemon the movie... when im about to play it, it has no subtitle in english... then i bought this one.. gokusen the movie... i really like this story that's why im really disappointed when i saw it that it has no translation in the bottom... until now, i can't watch it... please help me give some site where i can download anime and live action's subtitle.. thanks...
