i think when we buy a product and service. we only wnat the thing for which we pay and the commitment must be match. but when we talk about the pay channel on tv, then it does not work and i think that really bad that when we pay for tv shows and they show us the long commercial adds for which we dont want to pay and give time. so if they want to show adds they must be free channels. what are your views

In essence we pay for each and every channel. Either directly, through a package or through taxes. In that light you could say that commercials should be banned completely. I don't think it would be an ideal situation though. As a reaction channels will be forced to invest less money in their programs which in the end will harm our viewing experience.

Thanks for response. but i think the adds must be then a bit costly.cause they are really having the time of us which is almost 40% now of the whole show. and in some cases it is increasing. i think there must be an ideal starndard time break for the commercials.

In my country there are rules. I thought they were like 5 minutes of commercial on 15 minutes of show. The funny thing is that we have like 4 channels owned by Luxembourg here. They have to comply to Luxembourgian commercial regulations.
