Tazoodle a scam?

I'm sure some of you have heard of the new paid to search website called tazoodle.I kinda think it's a scam because it says they convert your searches to cash for up to 20 searches.Then the next it said converted 0.00.Then I went to the cashout page and it said to withdraw have $10-$0.Every thing seemed to be screwed up,it could be that they just started.
