It is said that the earth rotation is slowing down .measn when earth was formed and it ws rotating its speed was high as compare to todays speed and day by day it is decreasing..do you have any idea what was fastest rate at which it spun...

I've never heard anyone ever say that the rate of the earth's rotation is changing. I suppose that I am going to have to look some more into this and see what I am able to come up with. The thought of this does seem awfully strange to me though because a day is still the same amount of time and if the rotation of the earth was slowing then it would seem that the length of a day would be getting longer at the same time.
