Dealing with anger

I get mad easily. I always have. I have a lot on my plate and I know everyone does but I take on a lot of added responsabilities. Things that irritate me are usually when I cant get my way or things dont go the way I have planned. How do you deal with your anger. What types of things help to calm you down? I get so worked up and almost go crazy. Any suggestions on dealing with anger?

There are a lot of things I do to release anger. I breathe deep and count to ten. I listen to music pertaining to my mood and then start changing it, I go from loud, angry music to something with a fast beat that is easy on the ears and mind. I talk to a friend. I tell jokes to my kids or play with my grand kids (they make me laugh) I sing at the top of my lungs. I get in the car and go to where there aren't any houses and scream as loud as I can out the window at no one and nothing. It is the best thing, I think for me to do. Sometimes something as simple as spending time alone or writing or reading works out pretty good, too. for anything that gets you angry, there is always something you can do to get happy again.

Try to Think positive. This attitude will help you to decrease your anger. Negative thinking increase anger. Try to make situation which generate positiveness inside you.

I'm also very easyly get mad person. I realize that long time ago, now I just try to deep breath when I'm angry and take a break! I must be alone, and nobody talk to me when I get really mad, so when I start angry, my husband just kept talking will made me really anger, so I just want some space when I anger and deep breath, and always say sorry when my angry go away!

well, these r useful tips for u. before u get anfry be sure that there is nothing deserve to be angry for in this life, take it easy, be sure that when u get angry u wont and can't do or solve anything. after u get angry: if u were standing sit down, if u were sitting down try to lay down, if u were laying down try to change the place u r in. if nothing of the above served try to have a shower and forget the whole thing.
