I want to loose weight but it seems pretty hard. My main problem is my belly or abdomen. I'm not really fat and I weigh 100lbs, Oh I can say I'm not overweight but I still feel I'm fat, LOL.

Yes, a glass of water really helps in cleansing our body. I have read a magazine and my friends texted me a message regarding when to drink a glass of water in order to help digest easier what we've eaten.

It doesn't sound like you're overweight at all and certainly not fat unless you're 2 feet tall. What it does sound like is that you need to tone rather than reduce. Have you tried pilates? Even the introductory version of pilates really works; you'll see results of abdominal tightness in just one week if you do it at least 4 times a week. It doesn't take very long - about half an hour.

they say we need to exercise to burn the fat that has been there for a long time, but i know that it's so hard to take your butt on the park or the street to jog, do some stretching and forcing yourself to sweat. At the end of the day you end up tired and having your back and legs aching and still no signs of losing weight. I am trying to lose weight by cutting food in take and drinking as many glasses of water as I can, that way you don't have to do exercise but lose weigh, though if combined with exercise you'll get your ideal weight faster.

You can't spot reduce a specific area in your body. Do a lot of cardio excercises like running, jogging... It might just be water that makes you feel fat. Drink lots of water. If your body knows that you take water regularly, it will reduce how much water it stores in your body.

You remind me of my wife. She is about 105lbs, but is still not fully satisfied with her overall appearance. She wants to tone up her legs, stomach and butt. I personally go to the gym everyday so I suggested to her that she try the core training exercises. Believe me, one year of that kind of training and you will definitely get the results you want. First thing is to go to a good gym and ask one of the trainers about CORE TRAINING for the abdomen.

Hi there! With regards to triming down those extra love handles on your belly, well, you can jog at least a mile a day to burn those unwanted fats. You can also do belly dancing, that of course if dancing is one of your passion. And lastly, cut down on chocolates and on carbonated drinks, the extra calories they bring will be deposited primarily on your belly, you will have more love handles more than you wanted.

Belly fat is harest to move. I am just same as you, only area I have any surplus weight on, not much, just I think so. I know that if I drink alot of coffee with milk in it or milky drinks, this prob is worse. But the best diet for losing weight around this are. Is to eat as many orange coloured fruits and vegetables as possible, as little suigar and fat. Excercise moderately, it is easy to reduce it fairly quickly.
