I am vegan so I eat a lot of fruit and vegies. Broccoli is in my top five favourite vegetables including peas, potato and pumpkin.
I have broccoli with nearly every meal as it's high in vitamins and minerals. I also make broccoli soup (sooo good!) brccoli backed with vegan cheese and salt and pepper.
I also make a fresh broccoli salad with small tiny florets of broccoli. I mix in a can of diced tomato in puree, some caramelised onion, salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. I also eat it raw! It's so good for you and I love the taste and crunchiness of it.

We make a Ham & Egg Buscuit bake that uses a whole pkg of broccoli, broccoli w/ rice, chopped up w/ alfredo sauce poured over rice or noodles, just plain with butter & seasonings, and in fried rice.
