What do you love about books?

I like reading good stories. Books are convenient because I can take 'em out with me and read them on the bus or on the train. I read mostly fiction, where sometimes "facts" are partially or completely made up (or unintentionally incorrect), so I can't really rely on those books for learning new stuffs, haha.

I do not know if I become wiser or just have had some unexpected revelation but I know with certainty that we should not stop the dreams and that miracles happen every day. I learned from books, slowly, as our imagination, our dreams, real things and attract more likely to materialize. Then I realized I had to trust me, to my mind clearly outline what I want even if something seems impossible at that time, a utopia. We found that the limitations of any kind, my soul grow old prematurely. Certainly not my wish to reach the moon, although I do always think of the full moon nights, but sometimes books are our refuge and motivation to move forward.

I love being able to get into another world - where whatever is going on in my life doesn't exist for that amount of time that I am having an adventure with whoever the main character or characters are. Its a great way to get rid of stress for a bit so you can fix whatever your problems are with a clear head later.

I love the covers on them, and the names on them, and the authors in them, and the words in the books, and the pages the words are on, and the binding, and the copyright, and the contents, and the index, and the page numbers and more.

THere are several reasons to love books...first is they are very entertaining. For me I would rather read a book than watch TV because in books your imagination is being molded by the story. USually I read medical suspense books because they are the ones I can really relato to and definitely in line to my profession. Once i'm caught with the plot of the story, i'm really can't put the book down even if it's almost 3am in the morning already. NExt thing I like about books is it gives you something to do when you're bored and have nothing to do. Third is it gives you something to look forward to in the next morning. For me it gives me purpose in life, it gives me a reason to wake up early and read some more. It's only a bonus that I get to enhance my vocabulary and I get to learn more information from different parts of the world.

i love certain types of books because they are so entertaining plus your brain gets to think and process thoughts that way it stays sharp.

I love books for so many reasons. Historical Romance: I love to imagine a different place or a different time, or events. I love vocabulary, too. Paranormal Romance: I love imagining having the powers the person in the story has. Cookbooks, I love looking at ingredients and seeing the all the wonderful things I can make. Plant Identification Books: New plants that I've never seen before or new foods or new things I should stay away from. Beautiful plants; edible plants, etc.
