What do you think about stray dogs?

These days a stray dog strolls around our subdistrict. A little yellow one. She always come at 9am then nap for a while. About 11am, she just disappear. I don't know where she comes and where she goes. Normally,I think stray dogs are pitiful. No worm place to live, no dog food to eat. Especially in rain day or snow day. But today, when I look at this dog, I suddenly feel she is freedom. She can do whatever she like and go wherever she want. In this side, she is happy! Isn't she? What's opinion?
