Is English becomes the basic need in every field?

Hello guys are u think that the knowledge of English is essential in every field. To get a good job u need a good knowledge of English. Are u agree with my this statement?

according to me i think that yes, english has got a great demand if you go in each and every field the first thing required is the english whether you perfect or not
