Indian batting collapsed in the first innings against South Africans and in the second innings too team has lost both the openers very early. With inexperienced middle order the task of playing out the whole day seems improbable. Even if they do it it will not be suffice to save the test! So Indian team is staring at a huge loss against the proteas. Time to revamp the bowling attack. Apart from Zahir Khan no bowler is effective at the moment. Do you think it is just for one game or the team really needs to look deeper into their bowling resources? Share your views! Happy Mylotting!

The main reason of the poor performance of Indian Player is that the major player is not playing because of their injury. In team squad there is lack of experience player i think they also miss the next test match. But there is still hope when sachin is on the pitch.

Hi Siliguri! You are right. The absence of Dravid and Laxman is one reason. But I think main reason was failure of bowling attack. After zahir took two quick wickets they let Aouth Africans to build a mammoth partnership. That is the main reason for Indian team's woes. Happy Mylotting!

Well, one factor that always affects our performance is complacency. The whole world knows that very well. Apart from that as VVS Laxman said, we are already lacking good quality spinners at domestic as well as international level. Harbhajan has the quality of a good spinner but he is not utilizing it in his bowling nowadays. The way he used to trouble opposing batsmen in his early days, his variety...all of them are missing. In fact Mishra did much better than him for he had beaten the batsmen more often than not. Fast bowling is also a cause of concern. On the first day Ishant got the ball to reverse in the third session yet the batsmen were able to play him comfortably because of his drop in pace. At the same time, Dale Steyn was reversing the ball with a much better speed than Ishant. He was bowling much more wicket-to-wicket than Ishant. We are already lacking our experienced batsmen as well. Certainly, India is nearing an innings defeat here. Not champion stuff from India...
