Looking at something other than the computer normally helps quite a lot. At least it does so for me. Focusing on the same point or general area is not exactly the best thing. Eventually, the old eyeballs get strained from keeping a focus in a certain point. This happens to many people in front of the computer. Myself included, I have to say.
Another one is to blink constantly. I know this might sound silly, but this causes the eyeballs some relief. They are dry from the constant focusing forward. By blinking, it helps moisten the eyeballs and improves focus. I remember reading about that someone and that tends to help tremendously.

OK after whole day working in front of computer i think u should have to go for a check up. Because afterwards u will be in big trouble and you will face a big problem dear. I suggest u to go immediately for a eye specialist doctor.

Don't give much concentration on seeing the computer. Take some rest after doing the work for 1 or 2 hours. Do eye exercise by moving your eyes clockwise and anticlockwise regularly. If your eye is irritating go to the eye specialist because eye is very precious to one. I think my this suggestions will help u.
