Hi friends it seems that paypal will not resume personal payments for Indians here after.I think Moneybookers are good site for Indians which is similar to paypal. In this site we have option to do bank wire transfer.Indians can withdraw money from moneybookers to any Indian bank account. So rather concentration on paypal it is time to move forward as paypal Officialy going to decline peronal payments for us.

You cannot transfer funds directly from paypal to some other processor like money bookers or alertpay. You can use a money transfer site. But they will charge a fee for the transfer of money.

where did you got the news from that paypal will not resume personal payments. dont go on spreading Rumours buddy, hardly any site uses moneybooker. so it will be difficult for every indian to switch to it. anyways you should read news that this is just a temporary hold on personal payments. In moneymakingforum i saw some discussions regarding this friend.I have a hold of 250$ pending for transactions from paypal and my freelance work hit hard due to reversal to my clients.I have directly emailed paypal about the situation and when they resume services back.but no answer till now, and few members saying RBI introduced some new taxing laws for electronic and NEFT transfer. With this source only i am saying.Anyway if paypal resumes it will be good otherwise moneybookers are no other choice.

well...I don't really mind even if they stop personal payments in India. I rather love to spend the money online than asking for a withdrawal.
