Comming Second

my mom is always important then my wife.. its not that m negelecting my wife. its something that i'm givin honor to a lady who gave birth to me, taught to speak, to read.. my wife is my partner for complete life..

I believe that even the bible says that a man's wife comes before the parents. This is not meaning to disrespect your parents, and when you consider that a compassionate, caring wife would take into consideration if there were urgent needs and be supportive of her husband to take care of his mother, then harmony will always be in the marriage. There are times that a wife (or husband, same situation) would need to cede being the center of attention just to be human. It doesn't mean that you're less important, it means that you love him.

I would not be happy with coming second. I would be happy with being equal to the mom, but not second.
