Is ptcinnovation legit?

Aside form myLot, neobux and trekpay, i'm also a member of ptcinnovation. When I first saw this site, I was excited to try a new ptc site, but as the days pass, I notice some strange things on ptcinnovation..even though they have payment proofs, I still have a doubt because of their 'weird' advertisments. They have more advertisements than neobux, but you only get your 0.01 after clicking 5-6 ads. Aside from that, they also have this ad where you should watch a youtube video called 'joey and his chair' (check it out if you're curious). Is this site legit?
