do u know excess of brushing harms ut teeth enamel???

hi there, i am a dentist.. i agree with u totally. twice daily is recommend by all dentist, but in that night brushing is very important. hard brush, excessive brushing can lead to tooth enamel abrasion leading to sensitive teeth

i try to brush it twice a day but i do bruch my teeth everyday in the morning!
