The Generation Gap

The young and the old will always disagree because their basic approach is different and they think on different lines. Young people are always full of life, vigor and energy, they are adventurous, bold always willing and prepared to take risks of every kind and meet though challenges. On the contrary, elderly people are always cautious, careful, calculating, tame, timid and tardy. The conflicting approach to life is resulting from the generation gap. How best we can balance this difference by supporting the old for their experience and wisdom and encourage the young for adventure and enterprise?

monojdhole well to start with elderly people are not all always cautious careful calculating tame timid and tardy, Iknow a lot of us myself including that are not always cautious or careful, and we are not tame, gggggrrrrrr, or timid, another hissss, nor tardy, grrrrr4rrrrr. we are not as given to overgeneraliztions as younger people, we do say some people do this, and some people do that, whoever told you that crap about older people always is a looney tunes for sure. you mighttry supporting us for our intelligence and our forbearance at all the absurd things you younger people say about all older people do thus and thus. If there are conflicts, some are brought about by the preponderance of people writing us all off as old fuddy duddies. My goodness we laugh, we cry , we make mistakes,we take chances,we are usually very much on time unlike all the younger people and I know I am not tame at all, angry yes but not tame, nor timid not when I am called a lot of crap that is sure not true of me, and probably of a lot of other older people too. Young p eople are reckless, careless, unwilling to take risks unless there is money in it and not always full of energy. that is really some young people. not all of any thing, I hate these discussions that start off all such and such are always this , and all so and so are always that.wrong so wrong.
