Hello there! When it comes to mobile browser for symbian, third edition up to fifth, it's a battle among opera mobile 10, skyfire, and ucweb 7 wifi capable. The three have different advantages, you can watch you tube videos and play facebook games using skyfire, you can download videos then watch it using ucweb, the good features on opera mobile 10 are javascript support, faster page loading, inline editing or the ability to copy text, and download manager. On mobile browsers for java enabled phones, I prefer opera mini 5 beta 2 and version 4.2 of opera mini. Bolt browser displays pages in desktop view but it has limitations. I tried using opera mini 4.2 and bolt on two phones of the same model. Both browsers are set to high image quality, I opened a big web page with lots of images. The result on bolt browser is the page is displayed but it is cut on almost one third of the page, this is the limitation, it can only hold a particular size and after exceeding the limit, the page will be cut. The result on opera mini, the whole page is loaded, the images on the end part are not loaded but the text on the entire page is loaded, it has also a limitation but it is better than using bolt browser because it compresses transfer of data so more objects can be loaded. Opera mini 5 beta 2 has the same features on opera mobile 10 except on javascript support and access on turbo server. Have a nice day!

Yes, bolt browser displays pages in desktop view and page loading is fast. But as I said earlier, it has a limitation. Opera mini can also display pages in desktop view, the advantage is compression of data transfer so more objects are loaded, the page is not cut when the size of the page exceeds the limit, only the images that exceed the limit are not formed. Try using skyfire to experience watching videos on youtube on your phone or when you are playing games on facebook. Search for it then download the application. I haven't tried downloading using bolt, I also prefer opera for that.
