Baydefeis and Wishing well have stopped paying to its Asian Members

It is a sad news for all the Asian PTC users who use these two PTC sites. Because of certain problems these two PTC sites have stopped paying to all its Asian users. I tried for the payout, but it was rejected some 3-4 times. Then I tried to contact the admin and finally got this news.

Is this to Asian members who live in Asia, or to all Asians all over the world? If this is to all Asian members including the ones who live in the United States, I would say they're very racist...
