Last Friday's episode was billed as a movies event since it was 2 hours long. What it really was was a take off on Watchmen which was not a very good movie and the Smallville take off on it was even worse. It was probably one of the worst, if not the worst, episode that Smallville has ever had. If they wanted to do a take off on a movie, or game, they should have done one that they have some ties with. That would have been the much better than Watchmen one, Streetfighter: The Legend of Chun Li which was in theaters about the same time as Watchmen and starred the former Smallville star Kristin Kreuk. Unfortunately Streetfighter suffered from under promotion and not very wide distribution. It was actually a very good movie with a much better plot and acting than Watchmen had.

It had a bit of a good start for a new storyline with the agents thing. But the whole copying of the Watchmen movie was just bad copying bad.
