anybody want to explain why? everyime i login on olebux and thumbbux there's a pop says: "Your local license key is missing or . We will now try to redirect you to create a new key. If this operation fails or you feel it is in error please contact our support department." and they direct me to ptcpay.com please help me!

i guess the problem is solved as mine has solved. but i have request payment for a week but still didnt get it. is it normal?
