Sometimes we don't have the intention to disobey law,rules and regulations, in some cases it can just be happen without knowing the consequences it brings to us,for instance over speeding,illegal parking,littering, smoking in a non smoking area,and so on... There are times when we disobey the law,rules and regulations implemented it can lead us to prosecutions,it cost/cause us more trouble when it happens to be prosecuted.
