In most cases, you please others, other will please you better. Can you remember what
the great philosopher Confucius? Confucius said, " Do unto other what you want others do unto you."

Confucius was born in around 552 BC. After 2500 years, his teachings still
stand true. Another saying of his is: " Give a man a fish a day he will have
fish for a day. But teach a man how to fish he will have fish everyday.

I think that it is very important for every person to have some sort of self defenses set up to help them to be a stronger person. If we are to try to go through our lives without having any sort of self defense we are able to be taken advantage of and we are easy to hurt. I think that you are taking the right approach to make sure that you are a stronger person. I hope that you are able to have the best of luck.

For once stop trying to please others in the end its you alone will going to get hurt. If you feel secure alone then you don't need to please them.
They will come to please you instead. Why be a chaser if you can be the one they can chase?
