Bad news! There's another flaw in Microsoft's Internet Explorer and Microsoft is looking into this vulnerability that could result in unauthorized disclosure of information for users running IE on older operating systems. http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/advisory/980088.mspx Microsoft did say that no one has fallen victim to this attack yet. To fall victim to this attack, users will need to be lured into clicking on a suspicious which is often malicious URL to be directed in a malicious site. Then, by manipulating four or five features in Internet Explorer, the hacker forces the browser to process files that are not pure HTML on the PC. So, you should know what you should be doing when you have a suspicious URL address and something against clicking it. It will also be a better good to upgrade both your browser and operating system in your computer. Care to think otherwise? I don't think so. Oh. I use both Linux and windows, Firefox and IE. I don't care about the endless flaw from IE. Why do I bother to spend time to upgrade. There is no important information on my windows system. Actually, Firefox is also not as impregnable as iron. No huge software in this world has no sucurity holes. Because IE accounts for most of market shares, hackers will get much more money in return to find and make use of the security holes/bugs from IE.

zausiu, Oh, I wonder what you do you use your computer for that you may regard that it does not have important information. Huh! I do not know about you, even loosing your email account's password would be enough to get you into a host of problem. You may not have important information equivalent to that of government national security but I am sure gaining control of your computer to attack other computers targeted by the hacker is already prevalent and rampant. So, rather than being ignorant and self assuming, I'd say that you should be safe than sorry. Be obsolete, by all means - just don't regret your folly decisions at the end of your day. Take care and have a nice day.

Why do people still use internet explorer when firefox and chrome is so much better? There's always some flaw in IE that microsoft should just put a link to their website to use firefox instead.
