I am a little bit negative thinking person. I fear everyday. But it is of no use. I feared for getting a job. But after lot of struggle i placed in a company. Then i had a fear about my project. My project is fine. But everyday i got fear. I don't know how to overcome this and we know roots for every situation. But we didn't follow them. So that's why lot of tension

Well, until now, my mom tells that the reason I'm still a scaredy cat even at age 37 (sooo afraid of ghost, ghouls, paranormals, zombies, etc) was because when I was still inside her womb during pregnancy, my grandfather (her dad) passed away and she was so afraid that he might visit her from the tomb. Sigh! Until now, I'm so scared that if I dare watch a horror film, I have to sleep with the lights on for a week. My husband has to suffer but to the delight of my kids because they are scaredy kittens. Meow!!! Good thing my husband loves me that he suffers in silence. Besides, majority wins! LOL

I feel most of my fears come from past negative incidents which took place in my life.If we try and understand the root then we should take remedial measures to overcome it.Whatever are my short comings be it education or other aspects like interpersonal relations i try to correct my past mistakes and try to overcome them.I think instead of taking the ne4gative aspects we should try new ways to tackle the difficult situations and try and overcome them.I try to learn from my mistakes in the past and as far as possible try to avoid them in future.
