Would you do as they wish

I was just wondering if your loved ones last dying wish for you to get them cremated and then flush they're remains down the toilet would you do it. Ha ha, I got this off of King of the Hill, my favorite cartoon. Anyway would you do it, or could you not do it even though it was your loved ones last wish and this is something that they wanted you to do. Why would you or why wouldn't you do it. I think that it would be hard for me to do that request for them, but if this is something that they wanted me to do, then I would do it. There must have been some reason for them doing this and no reason you would probably not understand.
