AFI fans, have you listened to the B-side songs of Crash Love? (they're on a seperate CD in the Deluxe edition, I think).
I got the regular edition of the album a while ago, and I didn't listen to these tracks until recently- they're mostly songs that were written years ago (Sing the Sorrow and December Underground "eras") but didn't make the previous albums.
I must say, the song Fainting Spells is AWESOME! It starts out so quiet and dark, and then the chorus just explodes into this incredible sound!
I ahve also listen to the other 3 songs, but haven't quite gotten the liking for them yet.
I also love the Crash Love songs from the album-album; I think there's a lot of influence from The Smiths.

I hadn't really noticed the Smiths influence before but yanno... you're right. A lot of Big Mouth, Panic, Heaven Knows.
As for the B-sides, I think Where We Used to Play is my favorite. In fact, it's made its way into my favorite AFI tracks ever. :D
