Power outs and Black outs

Does it get you frustrated when the power is out? I am and it turns off every 9 am in the morning. I don't know where the problem is but it disturbs my momentum to chat and make new discussions here in myLot. It has been like this since last week. I also don't like when the power goes out abruptly because I can't properly shut down my gadgets and computers. Has this happen to you? I'm from cebu and its getting irritating already.
