Does everyone know that the American Indians were black? We have been mislead to believe that all people of a dark complexion only came to America by 'Slave Ships', but this is misinformation much like Christopher Columbus discovering America.... If You Like Evidence Of This ....I Can Provide You With Links To Support It. Just Ask

Native Americans arrived in the Americas fairly late on in the spread of mankind over the globe. They came first across the Northern land bridge (now the Aleutian Islands) from Northern Asia and spread south through what is now the United States into South America. There may have been more than one wave of immigrants. Their skin colour varies today but their origins were from what has been called the 'yellow skinned' or Mongolian races and they never had the highly melanistic skin which characterises those from the African continent, Southern India, Melanesia and Australia. Skin colour is only one way (and a quite unreliable one, at that) of determining the ancestry of a population. Before research into DNA, other things such as bone structure and language were more reliable. Now that we know more about DNA and how it is passed on, many previous theories have been proved and some have had to be revised. There is a possibility that a dark-skinned, seafaring race reached parts of the Americas from the Pacific Islands and influenced some populations but, for the most part, the native populations of the Americas are more closely related to those of Northern Asia than to any other.

I really would like to check out those links. So please post them. From what I have read on wikipedia about native americans I have found no reference to them as Blacks. But you may be right so I don't want to contradict what you are saying. But please do post those links.

I don’t think the original inhabitants of the American continent were black…they were what we know as the Red Indians…skin colour so deeply tanned so as to be almost coppery reddish hue. It’s the same with the Mayans, Incas and Aztecs of South America. Black is the distinct skin colour of a different race, primarily from the African continent.
