Can we earn via youtube?

do you know any ways in which we can earn money in youtube?
If someone does know then please share it with me. I guess it would be really good to know something about it

I earn money through Youtube. I go around to people on the street and sell them links to videos on there.

I try not to seem pushy. Usually, people who try to sell you something will say: "Hi." After that they will say something to make you feel good like: "That's a nice hat you got on". Then boom they pitch their product.
For my scheme, I try to grab there attention first so that they become curious. I have a longer than usual conversation. It is more genuine that way. I have different "How to videos" for the do-it-yourselfer. I show the whole video on my phone so they can see it entireley. Then I charge a up to a dollar for the link address.

The only way to earn money through YouTube is through the YouTube partnership program. If you like making videos for YouTube, then this is the way for you. The requirements to apply are that you need to have 100% original videos with all original content that you hold the copyright to or that you have permission to use, and you need to have a moderate fan-base with lots of views on each video. As far as I know there is no legit way to earn from watching videos or anything like that.

Let's us see if there will be some who will respond here about earning from youtube. it will be of great help to all of us who use youtube regualry. my kids love wathcing their favorite mtvs, etc...if we will be earning from you tube then it will be great. i will come back to this discussion and check...thanks!
