I keep the Dukan's diet. I'm very happy with it because you don't have to stay hungry. I used to make exersices too, but now I don't have time to do them.

i'm the type of person who usually doesn't gain much weight no matter how much i eat. of course, i do gain weight but not as much as others. thus, i usually tend to snack between a few hours sometimes after 2-3hrs. ehehe not that good i know but can't help it. i'm a junkie more or less you could say. but i heard that rather than eating a lot during lunch and dinner(in our case, rice as it's staple food for us) it's better eat a little at a time. like maybe after 2-3 hours, have something. and take your rice moderately as it has lots of carbohydrates and all. it's also good to at least take a walk for like 30 mins a day or for every 3-4 days. it helps to keep your body healthy and of course, drink lots of water to wash away unnecessary things inside your body. but as i'm sure most would agree, i guess the best would be to watch your diet. you don't have to starve yourself, but just eat healthy stuff and cut down on the oils, fats and spices i guess.

When I decided to shed some lbs a few months ago, I didn't want to go into crash dieting as I've tried it before and failed. So i decided this time to take it cool. I eat as usual through the day and quit eating at night, by 6 P.M I try to eat some stuff to keep going and only eat a fruit or two later when i feel a little hungry. This has helped me to shed around 10 lbs and makes me feel great. The rules are relaxed whenever we go out to eat in the weekends or for attending any parties.

Well, I think I am slightly overweight for my age! I am 181 cm tall and I weigh 75 kilograms! So, from today, I took a vow to walk a lot daily and I did not compromise on my food as I eat only healthy food!

Hi, friend i do have already a slim figure so i don't have to lose my weight. But the best way to lose weight is by doing exercise not by dieting food.
