Nowadays, students enroll in a course with high demands. Usually, they choose a degree were professions are of high salary. Is that what we think of a college degree or we take it because we love the course?

well go to college for what you love. No point in doing something you'll dread for the rest of your life. Im enrolled to get a degree to be a biology teacher. I wont get paid a huge amount and be rich but i enjoy biology and i dont have problem working at high school teaching for my career

i know someone who enrolled in history wherein no distinct work after he graduate.. he don't know what work he'll have.. in my case, i am a psychology student, i love the course, everything in psych is interesting.. on second thought, this degree is also with high salary if you just know where you would indulge in after graduation... everything depends on the person's perspective..

to xiao i know but like i said do what you want to do i want to do something i love rather than dread if i can change a kids life im set. Plus if people didnt go for the high salary jobs stuff would get messed up on companies and what not so you know do what you gotta do. I would love to get a high salary but im just not interested at all in the work but its a sacrifice to make alot of money or enjoy your job. Or you could luck out and get both :]
