Alertpay confirmation problem

Hello moneymakers!! Guys I just wanna share this with you.. Ive submitted my scanned bills and id to verify my alertpay.. they say that I must allow them TEN business days to process the transaction but ONE Month has already passed but my account isnt still verified..
Do you experience the same thing with alertpay?

i'm also falling into same problem like yours. i thought alertpay are not care its clients. i sent all required document before month, but still pending. wrote some mail to them, not got any response. also i called them over phone. they did not take any positive step yet. so i'm confused with them.
