Really? That is ridiculous! What is wrong with it? It's everyone's right to be able to talk about alternative therapies!

For over twenty years I have used alternative therapy. I have partially studied iridology, homeopathy, and herbs. In the middle of this I have worked as a medical transcriptionist (typing medical reports for doctors and hospitals). In this field you might say I am a "Jack of All Trades but Master of None." I have studied and associate with a Master Herbalist that has been trained by Dr. John R. Christopher's organization in Utah. I have also accumulated many books by Bernard Jensen. Both of these men lived to be an old age and have passed away. Their children now run their organizations. I have many other books and articles for from other sources of alternative health but the main people I have used are the ones listed above.
The herbal formulas that Dr. John R. Christopher put together over the years has been extremely helpful to me. His organization offers correspondence school training in such areas as basic herbal home health care all the way up to becoming a master herbalist. "The School of Natural Healing" also offers correspondence courses in Reflexology, Iridology, aromatherapy, etc.
Bernard Jensen's organization offers information on Iridology, colon cleansing, healthy foods, and alternative health the same as Dr. Christopher. Between Dr. John R. Christopher and Bernard Jensen, it is a very good balance of wonderful natural and alternative health information.

I have used Bowen Therapy before and have a friend who is an acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist, so I have been to him for help before. The biggest help for me which most people would consider an alternative therapy or at least an alternative lifestyle is switching from a mainstream SAD (Standard Australian Diet), to a raw vegan one over the last few years.
This has had the biggest effect on my clarity of thinking, my digestion, my energy levels, etc, which have all improved. I am also a more confident and happy person. I also moved from coffee to herbal teas which could be classified as an alternative therapy by the masses of McDonald's
eating people, but to me is pretty mainstream!
