Can i have Ptc sites where referall costs are very low.[rented referall]

Hi i know a Ptc that pays and also has lowest referall renting ammount.About 0.5 for 5 referalls.its a PTC called as AdPtc.
But reaching that ammount is a daunting task as the site pays 0.002 for a click with 10 - 8 Adds a day.
Does anyone know any other site that does the same.With lowest referall renting ammount and also its paying.
