The weather....

Well, the Christmas song comes to mind "The weather outside is frightful". That is what the weathermen are telling us, especially for South Alabama. The forecast is calling for 4 inches of snow, maybe more. This will hamper some people from being outside, and it should be pretty fun to sit back and watch people trying to drive around. We get snow here maybe once every 15 to 20 years. I usually take what the weathermen tell us about snow with a grain of salt, because that is how often we get snow. So, what is the weather and outside conditions where you live? Anything unusual forecasted for your area?

I have sang that song a lot this year, and not just at Christmas either! We had a blizzard and a major ice storm. So far this time it's going south.. congrats, you get it this time! Just get a good book and something warm to drink. It'll be fine! Stock up on movies too!

Hi, macdingolinger! I really like the snow and cold weather, but most people down here don't. Thanks for the advice! That is a big problem that we have to deal with, as far as the electricity is concerned. But that is an all the time problem, it doesn't have to be snow it can be the wind, lol. I have stocked up on tea, coffee, and hot chocolate hopefully that will keep everyone in the house happy. We have plenty of movies, and alot of books so maybe all will pass uneventfully.
