Brain stimulator

I love the challenge of a sudoku. I first began doing the puzzles when I heard that it stimulates your brain which I need desperately. Do you think it actually does that or is it just a fun challenge.

i enjoy doing sudoku too. yes i believe it exercises your brain. there's another version called kenken; i found it in reader's digest. the twist is that there is some arithmetic involved when you are arranging the numbers. it's fun, you should try it.

kenken was developed by a japanese math teacher in 2004. it's also sometimes called kendoku, mathdoku or calcdoku. there are some websites where you can play online for free. the 6 x 6 (and higher) grids are quite challenging. enjoy :)
